Availability and Delivery
The status of availability is the status we are given from the manufacturer as we are unable to carry all styles and variations in stock. Where possible we will endeavour to send the goods within 7-10 days of your order being placed with us. Where stock is available from us, the item will be shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed on a weekday or the Monday after if placed over a weekend. Where delivery can not be made within this time frame we will endeavour to advise the approximate delivery date. At this point the customer can either choose to wait for delivery or cancel the order.
Postage is free on all orders placed over £30 and charged at £2.50 under £30. All items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. In some cases items can be dispatched by Special Delivery. If you need an item urgent please call us for more information. Special Delivery is usually charged at £6.
Items can be returned to us within 30 days for exchange or refund. Items returned must be in the original box and in an unworn condition. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error. In this instance we will cover the cost of the return postage at the standard Royal Mail 1st Class cost. We advise to get a proof of postage from your Post Office and there is no need to send the item by Registered/Guaranteed Post unless for the customers own peace of mind.
Our prices are upto 10% less than the RRP. Please note that these prices are for on-line orders only and not available in our shop or at venues we visit.
